Simple cornbread muffins—great with chili or BBQ.

Ingredients

1 each Box Jiff cornbread mix
1 each egg
1/3 cup milk

Instructions

Heat oven to the temperature on the cornbread mix box.
Mix batter according to package directions.
Pour into greased muffin tin.
Bake until a toothpick comes out clean (usually 12–18 minutes, depending on box).
