Ingredients
- 3 cup oats and honey granola clusters
- 2 cup miniature pretzels
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 each egg white
- 1 cup coconut chips
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Stir together oats-and-honey granola clusters, miniature pretzels, light brown sugar, and melted coconut oil in a large bowl.
- Whisk egg white until frothy; stir into granola mixture.
- Spread mixture in an even layer on a parchment paper-lined rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake at 300°F until crisp, about 25 minutes, stirring once.
- Remove from oven; sprinkle with coconut chips and dark chocolate chips.
- Let cool completely; break into clusters.
